The layout features a charcter called Lu Suen from the game "The waltz of three countries" or however you translate it. The game is based on a Chinese classical story about war. Lu Suen is a young general who is very soft spoken and polite, when he's actually plotting to invade another country. So you can see, he's very smart and cute and I like him a lot ^^
As for me, I'm just a crazy fangirl with many obsessions, who uses emoticons everywhere XD >:] o.0 ^_^ and has a tendency to scream if the word manga or anime is ever mentioned. All my friends are also crazy, each worse than the other, and insanity is our nature. So in other words, read my blog at your own risk! No compensations will be given out for psychiatric fees!

0. Finish off previous entry 7.7 must explain properly why it was a bad day, like how the bus didn't come -___-# and had to wait for hours for the public transport.
1. Sat 6th Sep - Twisted my knee (again!) No school for the entire week T_T had to take all exams at home.
2. Fri 12th Sep - Freaky Bus St test
3. Mon 15th Sep - disastrous maths test
4. Tue 16th Sep - disastrous chemistry test
5. Thu 18th Sep - disastrous chemistry pratical test, oh and I got hosted, for free because I gave this Gaian person some fake playing money ^^
It all just adds up, bad days don't suddenly get better -___-
Bad bad BADay! The rest of the day went fine, we had a few laughs about how the methalated spirits would probably wipe off the whiteboard's protective sheen, but we would get a much needed new board instead. Then, half way through the last period (English Extension), I found out that I have lost the book "The Hours", which will be in an exam on next Thursday, which I haven't finished reading! That was my biggest heart attack of the day, I borrowed another copy of the book, and decided to check the classrooms I have had lessons in today. Guess what? It was in my chemistry classroom!
There are certain days where nothing seems to go the way it's supposed to, and today is one of these days. First of all, Ms Andre was away in chemistry, so much for catching up on some much needed revision. Secondly, after chemistry there was a teachers' talent quest on at the MPC (Multi Purpose Center/aka hall) costing a dollar to watch. However, me, Amooonda and Baka Neko didn't go (money savers). Instead we studied for the upcomming exams in the chemistry classroom. After awhile Baka Neko got bored and started drawing on the board with a marker, first a panda, then a clamp look-a-like girl. She also drew trees and bamboo forests all over the place. Just before the teachers' talent quest ends, Amoonda asked Baka Neko, "can you rub that off". Baka Neko answered confidently, "of course!" However, she found out that she couldn't. Upon inspection of the pen, I read out the description "permanent, goes on anything, waterproof." As we are the last ones in the classroom we were seriously screwed if the teacher came back. We tried everything to get it off, as water didn't work, we used the same permanent marker to write on top of the existing letters/drawings and rub it out before the ink dried with tissue paper. (This was an old trick we learn't in year 9.) The main problem is, that it would take about an hour to get all the scribbles off the board with only one marker, and we couldn't find any others. As we ransacked through the lab and the neighbouring lab (they are connected), Baka Neko suggested using lime water, I objected that even if the lime water won't make the disaster worse, it probably won't be effective anyway, either that or burn a hole in the whiteboard. However, as we came accross a bottle of methalated spirits, we decided that it would be worth a try. And it worked! We dumped the tissue paper used in removing the "graffity" in the bin, and hid the tissues from view with a spare school newsletter. We then added more water to the bottle of methalated spirits so it looked like we haven't used any, and put it back in it's original position. Just as we were about to go out the door, Ms Yang came in. That was the closest thing I've ever done, at least for this year ^^;;
Elections, rights, freedom, democracy?
Ahem... actually, we were only voting for our school capitan and vice capitan. Yestoday we voted for our 10 SRC (school representitive council) members. Congrats to Scarlet, Tammy and Alex! Tyme playa couldn't make it, otherwise I'm pretty sure she'll get in as well. The results will come out on monday, and I was pleased to see that most of the 10 people in the SRC would do a good job. They all had pretty good speeches, but no one can top Scarlet's speech, her 1-2 minutes was more like 8 minutes ^^ but it was very good.
Hurricane!
Actually, it's nothing of the sort, but the winds yestoday were pretty fierce! This morning I woke up to broken bits of trees littered all over the roads... Even some of the thicker trees have been snapped. Our school is pratically scattered with debris from the trees -___- at least the landscaping people who are renovating our school don't need to pull up any trees, since they are all already pulled out -___-
Sakurazukamori Subaru I've finished the book Mrs Dalloway! Man that book is hard to get into, but it has some interesting language and thoughts since it's based on stream of conciousness. Now I just have to read "The Hours", do my English Journal, Economics Essay, and study for Exams in Maths, Chemistry and Economics...
Wheee~ I did a fanart of Subaru as the Sakurazukamori ^^ WHich is unusual since I hardly ever do fanarts, and even more so since I've attempted at realism! I've never done realism before, only manga/anime people ^^;; So it's like a big step for me ^^ and he doesn't look too bad too ^^ I've worked out a new way of shading, paint, smudge and smooth, it's much better than using the airbrush and gradients. The colours, lighting and tone were kind of copied from Furiae Gallery, which has some of the prettiest (and twisted) CGs on net.
Chibi madness
I have just joined Go Gaia, an online community that thrives on spamming. A ood thing about it is that you use custom made chibis as your avatars, and you can dress them up ^^ I made a Subaru chibi, although it doesn't look much like him... I've tried tho, I really did!

Not much else is happening, school exams are coming up... On a happy note I got 20 out of 20 for my English poetry essay based on poems by Ted Hughes. Which is quite good considering I went in the classroom with only a list of poetic techniques in my head and had to do the essay in an hour. The last time I got full marks for something was a math test in year 8 ^_^;;;
After sleeping this morning away, I've decided to actually do something... So much work overdue, or rather, soon to be overdue...

Stupid Student Teachers Suck!
Argh, where have all my teachers gone? Three of the have been replaced by "student teachers" and my english teacher is never here! Well, my Economics replacement teacher seriously cannot teach. He doesn't even know the subject! He asks us when someone asks him a question -__-#!! He can't even give us the answers, so he goes to download then from net, and he reads them out WRONG! I know since I've downloaded the answers too. I was additionally upset because Economics USED to be my favourite subject. My Business Studies teacher is not that bad, just goes at a more moderate pace, (my normal teacher goes super fast) Bus.St is such a boring subject that if you don't go fast, you'll fall asleep and never learn anything -___- And lastly, my Chemistry teacher, who we've nicknamed Timmy, (but is actually called Andrew -___-;;;) he wouldn't be so bad if he was teaching Biology or something, but it's Chemistry! And istead of teacher us from the syllubus, he's teacher us from the text book (which has 50% of useless information). I'm seriously going to die next year from overwork because we are wasting so much time this year -__-;;
SAT
Scarlet and I have decided to go for the SAT (Schoolastic Assesment Test). We are going for scholarships since neither of us can actually afford to study in America. Scarlet printed out 150 pages of vocabulary -___-;;, and I took all the past years' preparation booklets. We have approximately 2 months to prepare for it on top of our regular school work.

The effects of stress But the most hilarious thing has to be elanor's nightmare yestoday. She dreamt that she went to school, was about to do her English Visual Representation (consisting of a visual model and a speech), and then forgotten her visual part of the assesment at home. When she woke up she was unable to go back to sleep -___- As a side note I'll mentaion that the English VP was due two weeks ago, and most of us have already done it.
This year is only year 11, so nothing recorded down will go towards the final exams (HSC) in year 12. However, everyone seems to be feeling extremly stressful. Panda and horse burry themselfs in the library, Alex is summarising everything she can get her hands on, and scarlet is well, still scarlet. I can't believe she can do all her homework, study, write stories, read books and manga and still get enough sleep!
